Maa Tara Sadhana for beginners.!!

Jai Maa Tara dear mutuals, in this post I will be sharing a simple yet effective way to do sadhana/ upasana of Maa Tara and specifically her swarup of Maa Neel Saraswati.!!

Maa Neel Tara or Neel Saraswati is the fierce, transcendent form of Maa Tara. Unlike the traditional, gentle Maa Saraswati, she is a tantric manifestation of Goddess Tara. She is revered for granting spontaneous cosmic knowledge, sharpening intellect, and breaking through ignorance.

To worship her :-

1) You would need a potrait of Maa Tara, the one from Tarapith will be perfect for sadhana.

2) Red hibiscus 🌺 and marigold flowers.

3) A diya 🪔 or pradeep - and the fuel should be sesame or mustard oil.

4) Rakht Chandan and Sindoor for putting tilak on her forehead.

5) A nice aromatic dhoop or incense.

6) Offerings - any seasonal fruits work and also rajbhog.

Now the paddhati -

Sit in front of Maa's photo, light a diya and incense, decorate her with the flowers, apply tilak on her forehead, offer her the naividya.

Close your eyes and imagine Maa to be the flame of the diya 🪔 in the middle of your heart and start chanting her mantra.

"Om Hrim Ugrataraye Neel Sarasvataye Namah.!!"

Utter this 108 times and repeat as many mala as you can.

When you finish, end with "Om Shri Matraye Namah" and do shastang pranam to her.

Do this daily with full devotion and watch how she influences your life and brings in positive changes.
