She has 30 years of progressive experience demonstrating a successful track record in leading large operations, relationship management, and efficient program implementations. She has deep expertise in operational processing, contact center management, client services and regulatory affairs and advocacy in the securities industry.

In 2017, in recognition of her industry knowledge and her leadership, Lara was selected by industry peers as the President, Board of Directors for the Securities Transfer Association of Canada (STAC). In addition, she is currently a director of the Securities Transfer Association of the US.
