@1776USA79@PopularLiberal@GrimmsTeaTime@MrMojoRisin510@FBI No, send in the military. Give people one chance to come forward, then investigate, and anybody caught should be executed for treason. No more of the same playbook. Start making examples out of people.
@Real_RobN@doj Krebs was full of it. The election was not the most secure by information security standards. 16 states did not require ID to vote. Authentication is one of the key tenets of security, along with others that were not implemented. Any real security professional knows.
@EricLDaugh So she’d rather the IRS give the full 10B directly to Trump…fine. He can then set up the private foundation for the same purpose and use it as a tax write off.
@HaterReport Don’t have an interest in the NBA, but how impressive can it be that 7’4 man with an 8ft wingspan is able to block almost any other player? He was blessed with physical prowess, but anything else should be expected.
@ZarkFiles The Judge permitted pattern behavior as evidence against Trump, but prohibited it from being used against Carroll. The access Hollywood tape should never have been allowed because it was irrelevant to the case. The CNN video of rape being sexy, not allowed.
@damora_h@TeamTalaricoHQ@jamestalarico If he had admitted it in trial, there would have been no hung jury. His admission was part of the requirements for accepting a plea deal to lesser charges. Mom just wanted him to admit he was guilty. https://t.co/owV0G2sytD
@damora_h@TeamTalaricoHQ@jamestalarico You are correct, but you all are missing the point. A plea was not required. After the hung jury, the prosecution can: retry the case, pursue lesser charges, or dismiss the charges altogether. Mom did not want her son to testify again, so no retrial. That left dismissal or plea.
I never in my wildest dreams thought I’d reach a point where I had to choose between political parties… let alone spend hours researching bills, policies, corruption, loopholes, and all the garbage that comes with it.
The more I read…
The more I research…
The more sickening it becomes.
You start realizing most of these people don’t represent us.
They represent power, money, donors, headlines, and whatever keeps them in office another term.
Meanwhile Americans are out here working real jobs, raising families, paying taxes, struggling to survive, and watching politicians argue online like influencers instead of leaders.
Half the country doesn’t even trust the system anymore.
And honestly…
can you blame them?
You sit back and think:
“We don’t need these people.”
Because somewhere along the line public service turned into performance art.
Most Americans don’t want perfection.
They want honesty.
Accountability.
Someone who actually fights for the people instead of spending all day chasing cameras, clout, and another election cycle.
That’s the part that hits hardest.
The deeper you look…
the harder it becomes to unsee it.
In my 48 years, I’ve only seen one person truly stand up and fight for the American people while openly backing our military and law enforcement through every attack thrown at them.
That man is Donald Trump.
Do I agree with every single thing? No.
But I believe he loves this country, and I believe he fights for it.
And in a time where most politicians feel scripted, bought, controlled, or terrified to say what they actually believe…
that matters to me.
So I stand behind him.
Because at least I know where he stands.
And these days, that alone feels rare.
@Communitycats23@KennethRWebster It can be used if the witness is no longer available, not because they refuse to testify. 1) The defendant has a right to confront the accuser 2) If the witness is not present, it can be considered hearsay. See Confrontation Clause. Courts prefer live testimony.
@nah_chief____@TeamTalaricoHQ@jamestalarico In a sense, yes. It was more about the original case being declared a mistrial due to hung jury. Prosecution offered to retry the case, but the victim would have to testify again. Mom didn’t want that, nor did she want the plea. However, the plea was the only option.
@bobb4jesus Because Texans aren’t looking for their government leaders to be their salvation. No man can, as Jesus is the only way. We are looking for reasonable, good, common sense policies for the betterment of Texas and the nation.
@fire_starter457 This is where non-Christians fail. Christianity is about the forgiveness and repentance of sin, not the perfection of humans. It is our flesh that causes us to sin, but God’s grace that continues to save. One man admits he is a sinner, and the other, encourages its acceptance.
@RichSpence10@TexasGolfer70@SarahLarchmont@tedcruz Do you really want to know? The case went to court and was declared a mistrial. The mother refused to have her son testify in a retried case, so Hoffman could have walked altogether. They asked the mom if she accepted the plea deal. She didn’t want it, but it was the only option.
@JoseKhanuicy@gayyyforjesus@BrentScher@realDailyWire Never said it was. The truth is the truth, no matter who likes it. Mom didn’t want to plea, but she didn’t want her son to testify again. Can’t have it both ways. No witness, no case. They could have done nothing at all.
@hotchilliSA@gayyyforjesus@BrentScher@realDailyWire As a victim myself, I don’t defend pedophiles. However, I do defend the truth. The court played out and the jurors couldn’t agree. That’s the system. Mom didn’t want her child traumatized any further.
@MattyHack20@gayyyforjesus@BrentScher@realDailyWire I’m not defending anything. I’m letting people know what really happened. The jurors weren’t aligned and a mistrial occurred. The mother didn’t want her son to testify again. No witness, no case. He didn’t have to serve at all by law. They asked the mom and she agreed to plea.
