Women will be able to travel free of cost in all government buses.

7. Zero Tolerance for Crimes Against Women

A. Rani Velu Nachiyar Force
A special women’s security force in plain clothes equipped with body cameras.
500 teams will operate across the state.

B. Anjalai Ammal Fast-Track Courts
Special fast-track courts will be established.

C. Smart Panic Buttons in Public Vehicles
Emergency panic buttons will be installed.
Response and protection will be ensured within 5 minutes.

D. Zero Dark Spots Initiative
There will be no poorly lit or unsafe areas.
CCTV cameras and proper lighting will be installed everywhere.

E. Free Sanitary Pads
Sanitary pads will be supplied regularly at no cost.

8. Singa Pengal Development Scheme (Lioness Women Development Scheme)
Self-help groups will receive interest-free loans up to ₹5 lakhs with 100% subsidy.

9. Thai Maanam Gold Ring Scheme
Every child born in Tamil Nadu will receive a gold ring and a baby welcome kit.
