@mattywazza Is anyone surprised that the corporate giant Sky who take the you-know-what out of football fans with their TV scheduling of games and pump obscene amounts of money into the Premier League (the only important League apparently), haven't a clue about real football?
@benonwine Growing up in the 60s they broke the mould of pop music in the latter part of the decade. Even at the start the quality of their songs was excellent. OK, George Harrison was no Jeff Beck and Ringo definitely not a Billy Cobham but Lennon/McCartney were superb songwriters.
@ibbotsa@NotOrangePod I agree. They made a huge mistake for 'on the day' pricing - £27/£30 for 3rd division football is ridiculous, especially bearing in mind the economic problems affecting the area. No wonder we were virtually ST only for most games. Make it affordable - bums on seats creates spend.
