@AvoidFoxtons When I had rent "issues" - missing 5 months - I was asked to use a recommended agency - this cost £1,300 in total, and I did get the flat back. But I got no back rent (aprox £8,000). Oh and I got to pay £3,500 to fix the flat.

@avoidFoxtons Tenants due to leave - 3 weeks arrange @16:00, last minute delayed until 23:00 (Friday eve). Foxtons informs me (the landlord) "it is their right until 23:59". Today I get a "give them their deposit" .... I said - at 16:00 maybe 23:59.
