@BarDown I worked penalty box door for local junior hockey team. 10years and I always told the player that if the puck was coming up the wall or anywhere near, I was likely going to delay opening the door. If ever asked about it, I said it was for the safety of the players on the ice.

@damsmokedamgood The alcohol side of things is even worse. They control the brands, you pre-order and pre-pay. No refunds if you don’t use it.
And PaddockWood supplies the beer and they take a haircut on their side to do it.
I doubt it’s worth it for anyone involved but the organizer.

@JLinvilleFert @earp1022 You just have to follow the charts year over year. Glufosinate has never been this cheap and glyphosate is down around pre-pandemic levels and at times even lower. Will likely creep up over winter due to freight costs.

@chasmahoney Many years ago when I coached, I spoke of this during parents meetings. My job as a coach was to make sure these kids enjoyed hockey enough that they continue to play the game well into their adult life. Many parents didn’t agree.
