"Well then, I appreciate it."
{Marshal responded, slowly sitting up and taking the cup carefully from the girl. Deciding to cut past any potentially awkward situations.}
That's when it dawned on her-, she had forgotten to ask.
"Ah, well-I saw you and—um you sounded exhausted too so I thought-...some hot chocolate would be a nice drink to wake up to."
"Mm. . . Guess so."
{The moments she's gone he does sit up and begin to examine the contents of his bag to retrieve a textbook and some notes. The binder with the assignments is tucked away in there somewhere too. When the other returned with hot chocolate a brow quirked.}
Lucky for him, her job is to help in any way she can. Listening to him and his sleepy tone, she would get up.
"Oh, I mean, it could have been because you missed me."
She would tease before heading over to the tutors lounge and returned with two mugs of hot chocolate.
"Ever anything different?"
{Responded him, voice still groggy, cracking a bit. He should have grabbed coffee, that would have been better.}
"I have to come to these tutoring things now as per coaches requests, so. . . Hello."
Her eyes would lighten up when she saw the familiar face. A smile would grace her lips as she got up to go and greet him.
"What's wrong Marshall? Is it math again?"
Her grin would only widen as she pulled a chair over to look humorous at what troubled him.
{Book in hand, pop tart in the other along with a look that only a dead man could match.
The young man moves into the classroom for the mandatory tutoring his coach had implemented. He sits at the end of the first row, not paying the girl any mind.}
She would rest inside the tutoring designated classroom. Supposedly there would be a handful of students that would show up today however..it was slower than ever.
A few other tutors had already clocked out and yet she sat there, waiting: foolishly optimistic.
@_Le_Reveur_ "Deviant? How harsh! It's not my fault you didn't check the theater before going all out with your performance~."
{The tone was mocking and as he approached the stage, a quick hop onto the stage before leaning onto his backfoot.}
@_Le_Reveur_ {Oh boy. That's weird, however he's not as dumb as he lets on typically and once the 'twins' show up he pieces them together and let's her finish. Once she lays down a loud, slow set of claps can be heard. A very amused smirk in play.}
"Well well! That was a show wasn't it?"
{Ditching class? Never.
Faking a doctor's note in his form? Definitely.
He made the note and left it on the night stand as he enjoyed his day away from math before deciding to go to the vending machine in the hall.}
@_Le_Reveur_ "Oh she's got a partner in crime~?"
{The other whispers to himself, looking carefully for any sign of the harp player. Leaning forward, still concealed by the shadows as she begins to sing.}
