@theidiotocracy They aren't targeting the same market than starlink.
They are build security first for defense and government. The equivalent from spacex would be starshield and have a constellation of around 250 satellites.
@RiseFromTheAshZ The reality reinbacher need ice time, its doesn't worth keeping in nhl to play 1/2 game or less than 12 min per games. In the ahl, he will have the opportunity to play 25 min
@Vikingvictims@cbonneauimages Uk,Germany, france and canada only keep juniors staff which send a message. In the past they wouldn't degraded diplomat staff
@puckrin Jet fuel and diesel are as profitable. Generally its more profitable to export.
So probably gulf coast rafinery will optimize yeild to produce more jet fuel just because the diesel price become lower and they have an export ban
@DrexlSpivey18@KirkLubimov@POTUS I calculated in 5-10 year. currently they are a non actor with only 17,000 tonn annually which represent 2 day of production of a canadian smelters. Its estimated they could reach 600,000 tonne annually in 5-10 year, which would rank them 15 global producers
@DrexlSpivey18@KirkLubimov@POTUS Its just supplement, venuzeala will replace low grade aluminum from russia or india. They need to replaire smelters and electricity grid.
At best, they have the production of one canadian smelters
@yuanyi_z Its nothing new, in the 70s they were similar groups formed to bypass the UN gridlock from u.s and ussr veto.
They dissappear with the rise neoliberalism
@MsMelChen@iamBrianBJ Its doesn't impact canada, the limitations only apply to u.s adversary ex. Russia, China, iran, north korea, etc.
Canada could continue to have military exercise, have base in greenland or have infrastructure.
@StephanieKusie Because mexico its mostly mostly manufacturing (92% of u.s export).
Thing us want to re-industralise.
And its harder to diversify, 80% of there trade are going to u.s
Canada is more a primary ressource or service.
