@__vansh@johncutlefish Saying no. Truly - learning the art of saying no without sounding like a jerk. For any role really, but especially for PMs/tech leads.
We recently published a piece on saying no and it has performed better than any content we've ever written - ppl are desperate to learn how.
In his book, @bhorowitz wrote that media companies focus on creating great stories while tech companies focus on creating better ways of doing things.
But great brand narratives around tech involve telling powerful stories about why the “better ways” matter in the first place.
@mkruz@TheOllieJT In that case - he's one of the most talented designers and developers I know. Not just because of his technical skills but because of his capacity to collaborate and empathize with others. He'll never sing his own praises, but I think he's the bee's knees.
