🚨Bihar’s 2 Proposed Greenfield Airports Will Require 7,373 Acres of Land Across 40 Villages

First batch of sale deeds targeted within 4 months
Overall land assembly target: around 310 days

Sonpur Airport: ~4,228 acres | 26 villages/mauzas | ~1,424 raiyats/jamabandis

Ajgaibinath Dham Airport: ~3,145 acres | 14 villages/mauzas | ~12,000 raiyats/jamabandis

The land assembly process will involve land-record reconciliation, DGPS/ETS surveys, joint measurement, title verification, identification of landowners, consent and direct-purchase facilitation.

The appointed consultants will also facilitate registration, mutation, possession documentation and development of a GIS-based Digital Land Bank.

Land is primarily proposed to be assembled through direct purchase from willing landowners under the Bihar Raiyati Bhumi Kray Niti, 2026.

The Project Management Office is targeted to be established within 10 days.

रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त, पूर्वी सर्किल कोलकाता श्री गुरु प्रकाश द्वारा राजेंद्र पुल, मोकामा के समानांतर दोहरीकृत नए रेल पुल का निरीक्षण किया गया । रेल संरक्षा आयुक्त से प्राधिकार प्राप्त होते ही इस नवनिर्मित पुल से परिचालन संभव हो गया है ।

संपूर्ण निरीक्षण दो दिनों मे संपन्न हुआ। तत्पश्चात टाल से राजेन्दपुल एवं राजेन्द्रपुल से रामपुर डुमरा स्टेशन तक डाऊन लाईन का तथा रामपुर डुमरा से राजेन्द्रपुल एवं राजेन्द्रपुल से टाल स्टेशन तक अप लाईन का सफलतापूर्वक स्पीड ट्रायल भी किया गया ।

नए रेल पुल के चालू हो जाने से उत्तरी बिहार और दक्षिणी बिहार की रेल कनेक्टिविटी और मजबूत होगी ।

Today, I joined Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary ji in Chakai, Jamui, to inspect the Ankur Biochem ethanol plant, one of the largest in Asia, and review nearly 9,000 acres of land identified for industrialisation.

Jamui is poised to emerge as a major new industrial hub in Bihar.

Our focus is to take industry beyond traditional centres, unlock the potential of every region, attract large scale investment and create quality employment opportunities closer to home.
