@sojoodi i love when community just says no to predatory companies like taking advantage of their clients like this hopefully all of these industries crash and burn
Dostoevsky argued 160 years ago that humans would deliberately act against their own interests just to prove they were free.
Now we're building AI systems that might eventually know what's best for us better than we do.
If AI could make every decision in your life better than you could, would you still want to make any yourself?
I spent some time thinking about this.
(my first attempt at an essay, feedback appreciated!)
Every AI agent can now act in the real world, thanks to Foโs MCP.
Got early partner access to Fo MCP from @wajo_ai, plugged it into a tiny app I built, and had it pick, plan and book my Blue Mountain trip. What stood out is the human in the loop: when an agent gets stuck, a real person can pick it up instead of the task just dying. That's what makes it usable no matter how hard the task is, so I felt confident handing it problems in the background.
Here's a recap of my trip!
AI can think. AI can talk. AI can get things done.
Today, we're giving Fo a way to feel and control the physical world.
- a head shake and a reminder in a lamp to get you going
- nudge your vacuum cleaner for a deep clean
- make your cli call you for updates
Introducing Fo MCP.
AI has escaped the screen.
holy shit. so much to think about and take away. definitely worth a watch and i think itโs the type of film that everyone will have a different experience with
