I’ve designed for products valued at $635.5 B.
Here are five UX/UI power laws that reliably lift SaaS metrics:
1️⃣ Onboard in under five minutes. Short, guided flows secure the first “aha” moment and slash early churn.
2️⃣ Never show a blank screen. Empty states should teach, pre‑populate, or direct the next action.
3️⃣ Every pixel must earn a KPI. If a component does not improve activation, retention, or revenue, remove it.
4️⃣ Scale with a token‑based design system. Reusable, dev‑ready components stop UX debt and speed releases.
5️⃣ Treat handoff as day one of optimization. Measure live behavior, refine, and repeat.
Apply these laws and watch activation, retention, and revenue graphs climb.
Your first 10 customers aren’t price-sensitive.
They’re doubt-sensitive.
Make it an undeniable yes to remove the doubt.
Then raise the price every month until someone says no.
@seraleev “You build 90% fast, then spend 3 more months preparing for launch”... that part hit.
Getting it right matters, but maybe try stripping it down to just the essentials. You can still keep the quality without slowing down as much.
@privgpt_com Only if the person behind it could’ve built it without AI and just used it to move faster.
Otherwise, I’d expect bugs and shaky reliability 🤔
@yornaath@glimtapp_io Smart move. Clarity is underrated, it helps you build with confidence and makes it way easier for others to get what you’re offering.
@neilspaul Huge win! First sale is always the hardest, now you know it’s real. It’s not about making it once, it’s about doing it again and again. Keep going! 🙏
@aishahidk I feel this. When you're deep in something you care about, it stops being about hours and starts being about momentum.
Some days you’re in flow, others you’re drained and that’s okay.
@chrix_saas Maybe build a free open source clip trimmer for social videos. Something simple that helps creators prep their content faster, and ties back to Frameee as the next step up.
Smart way to give value and market at the same time.
@loughystudios You can start with a low price to remove any friction early on, just to get momentum.
One way to pick that initial price is to ask yourself what would be a total no-brainer for your target user.
Then raise it each month as you gain traction and understand the real value.
