When it comes to the filibuster, a lot of folks in the Senate are hiding behind “precedent” that isn’t really there.

For the majority of its history, this chamber didn’t rely on a 60 vote threshold for legislation — even after the cloture rule was established.

If we want to accomplish what the American people expect of us — like SECURING OUR ELECTIONS — we need to get back to that.

Use it or lose it. Either enforce the filibuster or get rid of it. But we can’t continue like this.

McDonald’s has Happy Meals—but I can tell them how they can bring happy customers back! It’s a pretty simple recipe. Forget all the consultants and GO BACK to the things you used to do. Dump the kiosk-only ordering and have real people behind the registers welcoming customers with a smile and taking orders. A kiosk is cold—the customer becomes just a number. I don’t want to be a number, I want to be a person!

Go back to focusing on fresh, hot hamburgers with melted cheese that make customers want to come back again and again.

I love watching the show, “Monsters Inside Me,” which is about parasites.

While listening to an episode, I heard something that caught my attention — “Ivermectin.”

Dr. Geza Teleki contracted onchocerciasis (river blindness) after being bitten by a black fly in Sierra Leone.

While he was first prescribed a drug to kill the larvae in his body, Onchocerca volvulus worms can live for up to 15 years in humans.

He suffered for 5 years as the worms spread throughout his body, including his eyes.

In 1985, Dr. Martin Wolfe gave him an experimental drug & Geza became the first American to be treated with Ivermectin.

After a week, Geza was examined by an eye physician; to both of their surprise, the worms were dead.

“I will always be grateful for what [Dr. Martin Wolfe] did to deal with this river blindness.”

Remember when the media when on a rampage to discredit Ivermectin & even try to simplify it as just “horse dewormer”?

Scientists William C. Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura received the Nobel Prize for their discovery of avermectin, which led to Ivermectin— the cure to river blindness.

Congress doesn't need a constitutional amendment to address birthright citizenship. It can act now:

✅ Define "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" in federal law.
✅ End taxpayer funding for agencies that issue citizenship-related documents or legal status contrary to that standard.

Congress has the authority. It should use it.
