@CricSuhas@EndaUsome@dussyme There is no color. But some color blind people are able to distinguish shapes and patterns better to compensate for their color blindness
@krbcan@EndaUsome@dussyme No, but some color blind people are better at distinguishing certain shapes and patterns to compensate for their color blindness
@WorldAndScience Maybe. If they are recently extinct by humans over-hunting like the Moa or Dodo, then yes, clone them back into existence. If they became extinct long ago without human over-hunting or they are a non-flight apex predator, then no, they shouldn't be resurrected.
@TonKrohm@PrezWisdom It's a great picture you have created, but the way you changed his eyes makes him look less tired and worn. Lincoln's suffering is so important to his character at this point in his life.
@MrAndyNgo@Portland_State@BillboardChris Hiring an agroforestry/ecology graduate as an adjunct geology professor doesn't say too much for Portland State's geology department
@aigkenham Thanks. We've shifted from a limestone to a sandstone, no problem. If folding and erosion is due to soft sediment deformation, how did the Grand Canyon topography maintain its depth and vertical character without collapsing on itself before it turned into rock?
@aigkenham The folding of the formations occurred at great depth below the surface where pressure and heat allow the rocks to deform slowly with a low strain rate. Under these conditions, rocks behave more like plastic and are less brittle.
