@drunkenfox21 @xMightyPeanutx That's not what I'm saying. My point is that the remakes of the original games, especially RE2 and RE4, are talked about far more than RE8 or RE9 despite their flaws. And that's because the newer entries are less enjoyable

[Sejo 🌞 @sejomvp]

@drunkenfox21 @Doctor_Chopa @Veraluvspandas @__bubonicplague @xMightyPeanutx The original RE4 is a better game than RE8 or RE9. These days, most players seemingly prefer playing remakes of the older titles over the newer entries. That says a lot, doesn't it?

[Sejo 🌞 @sejomvp]

@Doctor_Chopa @drunkenfox21 @Veraluvspandas @__bubonicplague @xMightyPeanutx That's fair unless you think every Zelda game that came after surpassed the originals, which isn't the case with the Resident Evil franchise

[Sejo 🌞 @sejomvp]

@drunkenfox21 @Veraluvspandas @__bubonicplague @xMightyPeanutx The tank controls and the fixed camera angles are okay. Kids have finished the games, so everyone should be able to do the same. What’s not okay is the amount of cut content and the retcons in the supposedly better versions
