Everytime on chat new ticket is created but there is no progress on delivery. One of the reasons I have started to order seldomly is because during sale delivery never happens and we don’t get discounts after that. I would rather go to store and purchase then.

@IFBAppliances I’ve been raising a complaint since Oct last year about my washing machine lid not being soft-closing. During the last visit, your technician fixed a different issue but not this one, and promised to return the next day—which never happened.

This raises serious quality and durability concerns, especially since the car has never been taken outside Škoda service.

@SkodaIndia My 2022 Škoda Kushaq 1.0 Style AT (23,000 km, serviced only at authorised centres) has developed an O₂ sensor fault again. I had the same error just 3 months after purchase.
The service centre is denying warranty saying there is a “pin-hole due to external factor”

@AmazonHelp hi. I am been trying to return an item since 5 days now. Everyday I get notification that customer was unavailable. Someone has always been home and I cannot see any delivery guy in camera. Also I was promised refund even if pickup was unsuccessful on set date
