I found a serious potential privacy/security issue in ChatGPT image generation.

While generating an image in a private conversation, ChatGPT returned an image that was completely unrelated to my prompt and conversation context. The image appears to belong to another user’s generation/session because it contains content that I never requested and had no connection with my account or conversation history.

This is not just a generation quality issue. If confirmed, this may indicate a failure in user data isolation or image generation result routing, which could potentially expose another user’s generated content.

1. Whether this image was generated from another user’s request
2. Whether there was any cross-session cache/result leakage
