@IrvingPD whatever officer is in vehicle 250 or 750 is speeding through neighborhoods, he almost blew past a stop sign but he saw me point & he stopped to confront me.. 20 minutes later we see him again, he’s going 50+ in a 35. he does not need to be patrolling neighborhoods.
