@thetrainline close to 100 people here in hanborough waiting for the bus replacement to Oxford that was promised at 5:30pm. No staff around here to ask. Your customer services online are also unable to help and just terminated my chat.Can you please let us know what’s happening?

Please just collect the machine asap and give me back my money. Had I known you will be selling me a dud, I would never have bought from you.

@anishasafaya@Dyson@DysonUK They are shockingly bad. I’m struggling to get a resolution to my problems with collection so they can refund me. Had I known they will deliver a heavily damaged product and then mess up collection while they hold my money, I would never have ordered a Dyson product.
