@DrJerryRBurkett A4: Being a change agent can be very difficult. It can have a negative connotation that comes with the job, but may be needed. Once the change has become a positive way of thinking then you have more control and can impact testing in many ways.

@DrJerryRBurkett Putting a desk in the hallway does not mean you can be approachable. If you sit at the desk in the hall with a negative attitude no one will approach you. Having your desk in the hall would show everyone I am physically her, but may not want to talk to you.

@DrJerryRBurkett A2: Building a culture in a school helps in many ways. Teachers and staff will have a positive and better culture environment. Where as a climate would include the students response to how teacher are teaching, the diversity, and the community.

@DrJerryRBurkett @UNTDEdLead Q1: Beliefs is how and what people live by, their morals and values. Whereas, behavior is how people act. Behaviors can be changed but it is much harder to change someones belief than behavior.
