@RealEstateMaxi Not just unpaid judgements, etc but any UNRECORDED liabilities against the original LLC become yours. Example, prior tenant that you’ve never dealt with sues for discriminatory practices. It is IMPOSSIBLE to quantify this liability. Do NOT do this!
