Only one chance in this lifetimeβ¦
Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldnβt resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him.
I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the viewβ¦this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.
We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.
For the first time in over 50 years, humans are Moonbound.

Liftoff.
The Artemis II mission launched from @NASAKennedy at 6:35pm ET (2235 UTC), propelling four astronauts on a journey around the Moon.
Artemis II will pave the way for future Moon landings, as well as the next giant leap β astronauts on Mars.

Before its imaging camera was turned off, NASA's Voyager 1 took this iconic photo known as the "Pale Blue Dot" #OTD in 1990. In it, Earth is visible as a miniscule speck in the inky darkness.
The Club has taken the decision to make a change in the Menβs Head Coach position and Thomas Frank will leave today.
Thomas was appointed in June 2025, and we have been determined to give him the time and support needed to build for the future together.
However, results and performances have led the Board to conclude that a change at this point in the season is necessary.
Throughout his time at the Club, Thomas has conducted himself with unwavering commitment, giving everything in his efforts to move the Club forward. We would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him every success in the future.
With Crew-11 docked to the zenith port, we have a great view of our Dragon. Hereβs a night pass with a view of Endurance from Endeavor. Also, look at the shadow from the Moon!
July 20 is Space Exploration Day, the anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing and a time to celebrate our commitment to lunar exploration. With @NASAArtemis, we'll send astronauts to the Moon and onward to Mars. https://t.co/5GLWO9dNTN
