HCV TREATMENT: Start the Hepatitis C treatment while a patient is in the hospital (we do this and continue the whole time if PWID are being given 6 weeks of IV antibiotics for instance for osteomyelitis/endocarditis) - don't wait until outpatient setting. Like ART - start right away!
