This was an excellent #SEL lesson, thx Kelly. My class was so into sharing their stressors and how they handle their emotions that we went into overtime!
Today is #SELDay! To celebrate @MedeaCreekMS Ss learned about healthy and unhealthy levels of emotions and when to seek help. Ss loved sharing stories and learning that sometimes "it's ok to not be ok." Such an important lesson! @oakparkusd
