(1/2) Smart regulation that legitimizes dollar-backed digital assets AND enables decentralized identity will unlock faster onboarding, streamlined compliance, and broader access to private markets.
The infrastructure is ready.
@Top100Rick A few weeks ago I hit a great iron from 125 yards out - landed right on the green. I get up there - ball is gone. I’m looking all around trying to figure out where my ball could have gone. Then I look up and - I swear this is true - I see a bird flying with my ball in its beak!
The Jewish students of Columbia have come together and written their earnest plea for a safer campus.
They do not ask for support for Palestinians to end or for all criticism of Israel to be quieted.
What they want, and what we should all want, is simply an end to the dehumanization of Jews and Israelis that's happening in Columbia.
I'm incredibly proud of them for coming forward to demand an end to the harassment on campus, especially when it's so much easier to put your head down and stay quiet.
@ReeseW Saw it in the theater the first weekend it was out. I wasn’t making much $$ back then but it was the first time I ever spent more than $20 on sunglasses- I HAD to have the ones you were wearing!!
I’m so excited to announce that the @CityofMiami has received its first-ever disbursement from @mineCityCoins totaling $5.25M.
This is a historic moment for our city to collaborate with an innovative project that creates resources for our city through innovation not taxation.
@JaredPineTennis@andyroddick@BenRothenberg (2 of 2) so while I’m not a Djok fan, I think he’s justified to be angry and I actually feel a little sorry for him. BUT, if it comes out that he lied about contracting COVID in December, he should be banned from tennis for life and Australia should prosecute him for perjury.
@JaredPineTennis@andyroddick@BenRothenberg You all should read the actual appeal document filed by Djok (and posted by @BenRothenberg) before you judge. It seems clear that Djok was justified in believing he could enter the country and that it’s the Aussies who changed their mind. (1 of 2)
@Martina@bronwenSings@andy_murray Wouldn’t it be easier to just have something like “half time” between sets 1 and 2? Make it 10 minutes, allow a chat with the coach, quick change, bathroom break, etc. and then a 3 minute warmup to start up again. It makes it completely predictable and fair to both players.
@andyroddick Andy - I’ve been a fan of yours for a long time and remember that match very well. I thought about it during last year’s US Open final... Could Osaka have refused the game penalty against Serena? I’m not suggesting she was obligated to do so, but do the rules permit it?
@jon_wertheim - I absolutely love your tennis coverage but your story that just aired on 60 Minutes is truly the sweetest, most amazing piece of reporting I’ve seen in a very long time!!!! Congrats!!!
.@realDonaldTrump’s tantrum means that hundreds of thousands of people will be celebrating Christmas without knowing when they’ll get their next paycheck.
@andyroddick Actually I think your first reaction is the right one - some of the worst refereeing we’ve seen since Serena was robbed in the 2004 US Open with those horrific line calls...
