I should also share a personal update. mostly I'm on the journey of being a single parent for the 1st time, while navigating the complicated feels of a teenager who has suffered major loss.
It's hard but all things considered, we are doing well. Surrounded by love and support.
I know I'm quiet on twitter these days... but most of what I've been up to professionally is working with an amazing team to tackle some pretty remarkable milestones.
Couldn't be more proud or enthusiastic to keep growing and learning.
We're on a quest to get @ConvertKit to 100%+ net revenue retention.
That's where expansion and reactivation are greater than churn and contraction.
In July we hit 99.8%.

i love working in a remote-first company. i would be shocked if I ever work in an office again.
but being in any management role, in a remote company (with mostly EU/US/CA folks), when you live on the west coast… is consistently brutal.
