@AskCiti Been trying to book flight since Weds via https://t.co/k8AOiTSLf7 and keep getting generic error while itinerary went up $400. Been on phone 3hrs today with Citi, they haven't been able to book, and price went up another $400 while talking with supervisor. Can you help?
@AskCiti@Citi To be clear, I have been trying daily to book the itinerary through @Citibank's #CitiThankYou portal on multiple devices (Macbook, Chromebook, and phone) and have gotten generic errors every time. 2 CSRs spent 45+min each getting traveler info to book manually and had issues too
@AskCiti Hi Donnie, sure happy to provide requested info. I was never able to book through @Citi's #CitiThankYou portal nor through CSRs (4hrs on phone and holds today, itinerary went up $800 since Weds). Still on hold (1hr) trying to speak to a supervisor on what I can do. Please help!

We were paying $40/month for 15Mbps down/2.5 Mbps up no contract internet with @comcast. Now paying $40/month for 1Gbps down/1Gbps up no contract with @sonic. Very happy camper.
