@LeShuttle If you are in tier 4 will you be operating your shuttles? I thought people in tier 1,2 etc shouldn’t travel to a tier 4?? Can you confirm if all operating as normal on the 22nd dec please?

@Iberia_en I wanted somebody to call me and compensate for all of the calls and inconvenience this has caused. Nobody bothered to call. A complaints department should take responsibility but I’ve just been dismissed..!

@Iberia_en so after waiting 14 days for my luggage, I made a complaint about the service, the numerous calls and tried to claim for just 3 things that I needed which was cleanser, toner & moisturiser for my face - my claim not upheld. Disgrace! Worse experience ever!

Iberia complaints team have said my claim is basically not upheld due to the fact it doesn’t meet their criteria...saying that my items aren’t first necessary items? Being discriminated because I use a particular product for my skin?!

Now almost 14 days! Not once has somebody actually pro-actively notified me of what’s going on. Constantly chasing with no further updates...what a ridiculous system!! Relying on a response by email ...surely there must be a better way???!!!

6 days now without my luggage with no update! Disgrace! Luckily I am home rather than on holiday however missing essential items, Xmas presents as well as clothes and shoes! Iberia no help at all & apparently down to Heathrow! @British_Airways @Iberia_en @HeathrowAirport
