Literally all I did was cut seed oils, trash carbs and sugar and went exclusively animal fat and butter for fat sources.
@jerryteixeira Every single thing you're saying tracks. I started at 46 and stopped at blue belt for a few reasons. I'm very fit, have a ton of cardio capacity so I could hang with the kids too. Took a serious toll on my body. Knees killing me, neck constantly hurting, just not worth it for me.
Doing a bunch of random exercises is still healthy.

@anymanfitness Bonus tip. Get a standing desk and don't sit down. The only time I sit down is when I have an in person meeting or event where I have to. I stand 6-7 hours a day
@bowtiedmeathead Same situation with my youngest. Will likely pursue cosmetology at a vocational school while she's in high school. My background is technical, machine trades and I would love for her to pursue a trade but she's not the right fit for that lifestyle and environment
@sachinyadav699 How about not going to college, somehow landing in corporate America with a high learning agility, voraciously learning how to use AI when others resisted?
It's the greatest leveler of our lifetimes. Education, past careers, skills, all of that matters less than ever
