John Calipari said, "Body language screams. It screams for everybody to see. In most cases, it's an immaturity thing. But the second part of it is a little lack of toughness, mental toughness."
Your body language is your nonverbal voice.
It communicates a story about your mindset, attitude, and beliefs.
• It speaks louder than your words.
• It bridges the gaps where words fail.
• It's your solution to connect and influence.
Your body language is contagious. It has an impact on yourself and the people around you.
5 Questions to Ask Yourself About your Body Language:
• What signals am I sending to myself right now through my body language?
• What signals am I sending to my teammates right now through my body language?
• What are my shoulders, my head, and my eyes saying?
• Does my body language support open and positive communication?
• How can I adjust my body language to better reflect the message that I want to send?
"The most important things in communication is to hear what isn't being said." - Peter Drucker

My team went 2-2 in Atlanta this weekend. Our summer season came to an end, but we got so much better! I had a walkoff 💣 to win our first pool play game, and had 1 CS. I ended this summer season with an overall BA of .356, OBP of .453, 5 CS, and 2 PIK catching.
Although it was cut short due to rain, my team went 3-1 at the Midwest Firecracker this weekend! I batted .444 with a .889 SLG. Here’s some highlights!
