@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers As requested by you, I sent a DM via Twitter to the named inbox. That was at 1.23pm. Went through the Chatbot script and was told I was being passed to a customer service agent. It's now 14.15pm and I still have not had a response...
So disappointed, my disabled son put his foot through a dangerous trampoline purchased at @Argos_Online, who are now denying we even purchased it there even though we can prove it! His foot just missed the metal parts in the photo. Shame on you @Argos_Online
@Argos_Online@ArgosHelpers I have already been in contact with 2 of your Customer Service team, to no avail. How can I be assured a third will resolve this?

@TheoPaphitis The pandemic adversely affected my ability to deliver f2f sessions to my neurodiverse clients from my studio. They struggle to engage via Zoom etc. So I have pivoted to building an online course, bringing the studio to the home. There is always a solution!
