@MartinSLewis I'm £1,200 in Credit with Octopus Now and the App says I can't auto Request A Refund.

But I can Emails them if I want.
Says the reason is there is a problem with my Meter, but it's sending readings every 30mins still

Have an issues with the laser not working on my Dyson.
Had a support call and was told it would be replaced under warranty and I would receive an email about this, that was a week ago and I've still not heard a thing.

Anything I can do to chase or get resolved?
