Sounds lovely expect what about the jobs you are deleting in saving money. Why was the council not transparent about this? Social care to lose managers when they were pulled up 3 years for lack of support and supervision and management oversight?

As outcomes improve for YP with ehc plans and the go to university we MUST ensure that the workforce is ready. Bullying and discrimination needs to addressed correctly. Big stake holders can’t sit in meetings trying to improve ehc plans but not want to improve their culture
