- Fed'in 25 bps arttırması baktığımızda en olası senaryo. Hem piyasa beklentisi bu yönde, hem Fed rotadan sapmamış olur. Fakat bunun arkasından söyleyecekleri önemli olur yani #Powell önümüzdeki aylar için ne gördüklerini ve dot-plotta ne göreceğimizi anlatacağı kısım asıl piyasalara etki edecek bölüm olacak. Powell'ın ve Fed'in en kontrol edebileceği senaryo. O yüzden iyi ya da kötü karşılar piyasalar diyemem, arkasından söyleyecekleri önemli böylece de dümeni kontrol altına almış olacak. O konuştukça piyasa dans edecek.

- Fed'in faiz arttırmamasının ya da sabit bırakmasının ben piyasalarda daha fazla panik yaratabileceğini düşünüyorum. Daha önceki yazılarımda çok kez Fed faiz indirmeye başladıktan sonra dip hareketlerinin oluştuğunu tarihsel olarak çok inceledik anlattık. Sabit bırakmak azaltmaya başlamak değildir çünkü hala higher for longer tezini bozmamış olursan destekleyici şekilde konuşursan. Fakat burada şahin konuşma yapman gerekir faiz kararını dengelemek için. Bu piyasaya "işler kötü ve beklediğimiz gibi gitmiyor bişeyleri kırdık döktük, aniden duruyoruz ama inşallah dururuz" gibi bir duygu hissettirir. Sabit bırakma mesajını iyi dengelersen olabilir ama çok konuşması ve çok anlatması gerekir, beklenmeyen bir kararda piyasa her ne kadar bullish olsa da "bi dakka ya işler bizim sandığımızdan kötü olabilir mi" acaba diye hisseder yatırımcı.

-Fed in 25 bps azaltması ihtimali bana göre iyi falan değil korkunç. Böyle bir durumun istenir tarafı yok. Çünkü ciddi beklenmeyen bir sonuç olur ve net olarak piyasalar işler bizim bildiğimizden kötü yarın büyük bir banka patlarsa ben altında kalmak istemem diye hissetmeye başlar.

-Fed'in 50bps arttırması. Bence buna da gerek yok yani bu şey gibi olur bahisçiler bilirler bazen çok garanti bir maç görürsünüz ama oranı yetersizdir. O zaman handikapa gireyim dersiniz ki para kazanayım. Şu aşamada faizler zaten piyasalara etki etmeye başlamışken sırf piyasalara gözdağı vermek için 50bps artış geleceğini düşünmüyorum. 25 artış yapıp devamını konuşmayla getirmen çok daha sağlıklı.
