@k_kg123 This is awful. I'm the chair of T&L subcommitte for my local primary & I have my thanks minuted EVERY meeting and relayed to staff via the staff governor. During ofsted I went in for the monitoring visit and took biscuits in and spent the day making teas! Gov training required!

@DaveAngel1977 @AjoKubo @Sandyboots2020 I take both of those types of drugs, still have Long Covid with no improvement after 16months. Previously healthy, now with complex post-viral illness which has permanently affected my heart, lungs and kidneys.

This has made me feel sick! Teaching throughout Covid has left me diagnosed with PTSD and catching it at school has left me with crippling health issues. I never worked longer and harder than I did during the pandemic.

@brassoteach I teach 4 days,do EVERYTHING on my day off that I haven't done in the week,then bring no work home on the weekend/evenings.The only work Ive done outside of Mon-Fri this term is marking a set of Y11 papers. School get a free day out of me but am happy how it works for my family.
