Super stoked for this project made possible by @beavertonED My 8th-grade #CTE students are going to learn about Industrial #Automation using a robotic arm and conveyor belt from @rotrics and VR PLC simulation software from @NirtecS.
Was having some trouble with my #Python script (part of a larger build project I'm working on for my classroom) Luckily two 7th graders came to my rescue. Don't doubt the rising generation. :)
My students came up with some pretty cool stickers that represent the IB Learner Profiles during our graphic design unit. The best part obviously was getting their sticker printed out. #EdTech#Design#MYP
I've found that having my students put their phones in a designated place when they are being misused in class helps ease their anxiety of a teacher taking something. They grab when the period is over. Solved a lot of issues in our class. Phone addiction is real. #edtech#DIY
Made a little progress on my DIY laser build. We replaced the downdraft fan in our kitchen and I was about to toss the old one but realized it would be the perfect overkill ventilation system on the laser. Lots of cutting and welding but I'm happy with how much air it moves.
Getting in some good project time on my garage. I started last summer and have finally been able to pick back up. This low table will hold my laser cutter that I'm building. (Would probably make a cool coffee table too:) #GarageLife
Incredible work by @senorlloyd and students from across our district on FutureCade Game Jam! Check out these sweet @MSMakeCode games. Can't wait to showcase these on the bus! https://t.co/xcPQC9NRbv
Any advice? My @Facebook account was taken over. Someone was able to change my account email and then enabled 2FA. FB customer service is a joke and I can't even find a way to report it compromised since it keeps sending to the new email.π€¦ββοΈπ€‘ Anyone home @Facebook?
Check out this amazing video of @MrSmith5150's class doing @MSMakeCode Arcade. I love hearing the kids talk about their games @Whitford_MS https://t.co/8N23P1rogg
