BDM, AIGETOA और BTEU की स्पष्ट मांग — BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए और Affordability Clause को बिना किसी देरी के समाप्त किया जाए।

यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।

हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।

BSNL के कर्मचारियों ने कंपनी के पुनरुत्थान में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। अब समय आ गया है कि उनके साथ न्याय किया जाए।

3rd PRC लागू करो। Affordability Clause हटाओ। वेतन असमानता समाप्त करो।

On October 6, 2023, the AIGETOA office in Jaipur hosted a warm and inspiring gathering as they welcomed and honored Mr. Ravindra Himte, the All India General Secretary of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, during his visit to Rajasthan. In attendance were prominent figures such as Mr. Hari Mohan Sharma, the Rajasthan State General Secretary, Mrs. Rekha Sharma, the Rajasthan State Vice President, Pramod Chaudhary, Jaipur District Vice President, along with dedicated AIGETOA-affiliated BMS CEC members, divisional representatives, and Jaipur BA office personnel.

Mr. Himte attentively listened to everyone's input and offered valuable guidance. The event commenced with a warm welcome by District Secretary Mr. LN Saini, followed by expressions of gratitude from Circle Secretary , Mr. PN Sharma. Mr. Sharma stressed the urgency of addressing critical BSNL issues promptly and working collaboratively with BMS for the betterment of the nation. Circle Treasurer Mr. Praveen Sharma extended heartfelt thanks to Mr. Himte and reiterated his confidence in the organization's success, emphasizing the importance of their partnership with BMS in their ongoing struggle.

A delegation from AIGETOA, consisting of Mr. R Moorthy (District Secretary, Coimbatore), Mr. G Prasath (District President, Coimbatore), Mr. T Senthil (District Financial Secretary, Coimbatore), and Mr. V Subramanian (Circle Financial Secretary), had the privilege of meeting with the Honourable Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman Ji, Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore. The purpose of our meeting was to present a memorandum addressing the longstanding issues faced by BSNL Executives.

During our interaction, Honorable MoF received our memorandum graciously and promptly directed the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance to take the necessary actions to address the concerns raised. The Minister's responsiveness to our cause was greatly appreciated.

We were highly focused on conveying our message effectively, although due to the importance of the discussion and the limited time available, we regretfully could not capture clear photographs of the meeting.

We are optimistic that our interaction with Honorable Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman Ji will pave the way for positive developments in resolving the challenges encountered by BSNL Executives, and we remain committed to working towards the betterment of our beloved organisation BSNL.
