@RebeccaKadagaUG Uganda is sooooo dusty that one I agree. Just traveling from the airport using the express highway will give you a hint. The highway is nice but all the other minor roads on the sides are so pathetic. You can't blame that man for his observation. And all the Kampala roads🤦��♂️🤦‍♂️
