@st4rrcals If you like these you might like the biggest loser and fit to fat to fit, I watch fit to fat to fit on YouTube while I walk and seeing someone gain on purpose and then lose is just so interesting to me
Weighted vest are sooo good omg the extra calories you burn and how toned you get while losing it’s so nice. Mine is 20lbs and it makes my workouts hurt so bad and I get so tired but so many extra calories are burned from carrying that extra weight while moving
Having a hard day today with all this sometimes you truly just don’t feel good enough or worthy of anything all you feel is like a fat tub of lard. Like I yearn for the days I’m at my ugw
Do any of you guys have any good show recs I watch things while I walk on my walking pad and I’ve went through sooo many shows it helps so much when they are interesting cause I end up doing a few hours on my walking pad getting locked in on what’s happening
When I reach my next gw I’m gonna get my belly button pierced and when I reach my ugw I’m gonna buy a bunch of different tights colored and with diff patterns 🤤
Always regret a binge, always regret having that treat you were craving, always regret doing stuff when you look in the mirror but you never regret fasting and losing weight
Sometimes I see a girl the same weight as me and she looks so much tinier I’m always like what the hell how are you doing that but I guess weight really does just sit in everyone differently
I do it like 4-5 times and in between each time I’m weighing my weighted vest to see if it says the same thing every time because my ocd makes me think the scale is lying
I think everyone just has to remember that a lot of this stuff being spread around is not accurate and you will get far more knowledge if you learn to calculate your own bmr and maintenance. It’s not a one size fits everyone you gotta put in your exact measurements to know
If you’ve been sedentary and you have a high bmi especially if you’re taller, getting on the treadmill for an hour+ especially with an incline and getting 4k+ steps at a fast pace that is a workout, that is exercise for you, especially if you are doing it for 7 days a week
