@My_Metro can you please sort out your comms surrounding the train suspension. I’ve been on 3 metros so far each time a driver told me to get off at the next stop - all incorrect. Now waiting for a 4th train to hopefully get the illusive bus replacement
@TalkTalk You have charged me for a late payment I don’t believe I made. I’ve tried to complain via your email address which does not exist. I’ve tried via your chat function and was supposedly being transferred to an “expert” that never happened. How exactly do you make a complaint?
@My_Metro I’ve just found a PoP card on the street. A young woman asked me about an hour ago had I seen one they had lost so I’m assuming it’s theirs -but no way of now finding them. Should I just hand it in to Metro staff the next time I travel?
@fitbit Ultimately it just no longer works properly. This is why you need to go back to the previous version. Sleep randomly stops at 3 or 4pm. It doesn’t synch with things it used to. Doesn’t monitor half of the things it used to do easily.
