Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with @EE /@bt_uk because last week they sold me a lie and this week I have to pay more money per month for them to fix it. Make it make sense.

@WestJet unbelievable! I’ve been trying to cancel and get a refund on my flight for WEEKS. Today I FINALLY managed to get y’all on the phone and AFTER AN HOUR ON HOLD THE AGENT HUNG UP. I want my money back, this has been awful. 😭🤬
