I’ve called and called and no one can help me. It’s always the same “just wait longer” “I can’t do anything.”

@lufthansa can someone call me about my lost baggage? It’s sitting at the airport waiting for someone to set up delivery. I fly out in the morning and there is ZERO urgency or help we are getting. The customer service has been absolutely terrible.
