Hi, I'm Serge π
I left law to become a designer and have been at it for 9+ years, focused on product design and complex SaaS interfaces.
Along the way, I won two Golds at the Indigo Design Awards and received recognition from several other international design competitions.
Now Iβm taking on a new challenge.
I've started my own solo studio, Creative Shark, and gone full-time freelance.
This is a new chapter for me, and Iβll be sharing the journey here, the good, the bad, the work, the wins, and the lessons along the way.
I work across UI/UX, Framer websites, and branding, mainly for SaaS, B2B, Web3, and Fintech.
Open to new projects and collaborations.
If you're building something, let's talk.π
Gave my studio website a little makeover.
Most of the changes were about content rather than design. Added more social proof, testimonials, case studies, and copy. Cut out everything that felt unnecessary.
Iβm sure Iβll wake up tomorrow, hate the whole thing, and start redesigning it all over again. π
My prediction: designers will stay and become the profession of the future. They will be the engine of any business. The skills of UI/UX, product thinking, visual taste, empathy and an understanding of human behavior are exactly what AI lack. AI in the hands of such a person are a real superpower.
AI is making creativity more valuable than ever before and..
we have 3 years of data to prove it.

Today I got my first income from Framer templates. It took three tries.
I started building them a few months ago in my spare time. The first two paid templates went unnoticed, even though I spent a lot of time coming up with impressive animations for them.
With the third template I did it differently. I spent minimal time on it, made a simple design with a minimal set of animations, and published it for free.
And it worked. It started getting views and remixes, and two weeks after launch I got my first commission.
Thanks to @framer and @dubdotco for this opportunity.
Getting some DMs on this guide I wrote way back...
If you want a copy for FREE, just repost this and send me a DM with the word "Guide".
I'll check your profile later today and will send you the PDF and a workbook that went with it.

Finally got around to finishing another Framer template.
Aube is SaaS again, like Kessel, but light and a lot simpler.
It's free.
Use it for a client or take it apart.
Iβm experimenting with Claude Code too. In my opinion, just writing prompts and showing examples of what you want is pretty pointless. I make it build things based on Figma designs. And not just static designs. I literally show it frame by frame what animations and transitions I want.
