1. Activate another chat/agent and simply tell it to look at the one where you're having the problem and help you resolve it.

2. Once #2 chat produces an output, start a third chat to check #2 chat

It’s quite remarkable because it’s an indicator that something awful is going on with the hospitality labor market. As if management has no choice but to hire the bad employee.
