I shared a few tips on how to make all of us (myself included) better speakers with Spring AI. One thing I talked about was catching ourselves when we use filler words - and how we can start using them less. I caught myself a few times too, because hey, no one’s perfect.

We built a backend live in 10 min with Spring AI that transcribes speech and detects filler words. As Josh Long said, the problem with Spring AI is that it’s just too easy to build AI-powered apps.
