I said well done to the #Cardano Foundation, but after seeing X's discussion, I noticed some important improvements that the Cardano Foundation could make.

1. Timing - They should not have voted as a surprise just before the voting deadline.

2. Dialogue with the community in advance - The Cardano Foundation's ADA is allocated ADA, not obtained by paying costs in the ICO. Unlike regular ADA whales, perhaps they should have had as much dialogue with the community as possible in advance about the voting amount and criteria.

3. Improve transparency of the review process - It might have been useful to invite observers from the community into the review process.

But, There is a serious reflection on the community side! That is the low participation rate in governance! The participation rate is extremely low in DRep, Cataslyt, ICC elections, and everything else.

There is a lot of work to be done, such as calling on friends to vote, putting pressure on early implementation of Cataslyt DRep, proposing DRep delegation incentives to the Intersect Citizens Committee, etc.
