The day it happens, the American people will celebrate this as a “good thing.”
But it’s an opportunity for them to take shelter behind the bill to sell off their portfolios before the crash, not causing panic as to why, and the public won’t see it coming.
Diddy got arrested,
And in case you don’t know yet- he was the Epstein of the music industry.
He was running a sexual blackmail ring to control powerful producers, musicians, celebrities, politicians, and executives.
He was promoting degenerate music and messages all throughout the 2000s .
Huge portions of the music industry is based on organized crime and a poison to our society.
And now I guarantee they’re gonna bury all the tapes and Diddy is gonna have a miraculous accident in FBI custody and magically commit suicide.
Diddy didn’t kill himself.
The judge in the Debt Box case has issued an 80 page opinion sanctioning the SEC for egregious misconduct in the case.
The opinion is devastating to the SEC as an institution and to the particular lawyers who committed the misconduct.
The judge made it crystal clear that the SEC lawyers did not make an error--they lied intentionally.
In an opinion that will surely be cited by litigants across the country for years to come, the judge found that:
"The critical evidence the Commission offered to obtain and defend the ex parte TRO lacked any basis in fact, yet the Commission nonetheless advanced that evidence in deliberately false and misleading ways."
The SEC engaged in a "gross abuse of the power entrusted to it by Congress."
The SEC "undermined the integrity of the judicial process."
The judge has ordered the SEC to pay the attorneys' fees of the defendants in the case.
This is a sad day.
The SEC was once a great institution, respected around the globe for its competence and integrity.
Now is a time for accountability.
The judge found that the SEC engaged in a gross abuse of the power entrusted to it by Congress.
Will Congress do anything about this?
If true, there’s a simple business model at play. Insiders at BlackRock buy now. ETF is approved within the next 5 months. BlackRock’s ETF sales force comes out aggressive and pushes customers to buy, while, at the same time, warning that #BTC could drop 30-50% thus, it’s a long-term play. As #BTC 🚀 , those insiders sell, making a fortune, buying back in after the crash.
There have been some improvements the last few years, with faster and cheaper payments but these are targeting only the big and efficient corridors that have to do with the biggest economies. But what about the rest of the world? The issues remain.

After nearly 3 years, the Court’s July 13 decision delivered a landmark win for Ripple and the entire U.S. crypto industry: XRP is not a security.
Progress is worth fighting for.

🚨BREAKING: Judge Torres says @Ripple’s Programmatic Sales, the Other Distributions, and Larsen's and Garlinghouse's sales of #XRP do NOT constitute investment contracts. Documents and details to come.
A huge win today – as a matter of law - XRP is not a security. Also a matter of law - sales on exchanges are not securities. Sales by executives are not securities. Other XRP distributions – to developers, to charities, to employees are not securities.
The SEC may have bitten off more than it can chew in its campaign against XRP.
In my latest piece for @ForbesCrypto, I discuss how the "Ripple effects" from this lawsuit could benefit not just the #XRPArmy but also @Coinbase & the industry as a whole.
