@recursive_void@yosoymario91 Everyone’s running their own race, don’t worry! Train hard, sleep plenty, and eat like an adult. It’ll all workout! I do 3 days legs/pull/push emphasis but every day is still full body.
Try pushing the sled around to build cardio. Brutally efficient.
