@leeloowrites hit the nail on the head:
"I see product as the delivery mechanism for service -while service encompasses all of the backend processes that support that delivery as well as the product itself."
I'd add that a service can encompass touch points w/ multiple products
The biggest influence on our lives are services, but we live in a world that is completely unprepared for the impact of them - on us, society and the planet.
I wrote about why we need a new kind of service literacy now, what it is and how we get there

Becoming a user-centred organisation takes time (and sustained effort).
3 years ago @claragt and I piloted a training course on user-centred design for senior civil servants at the Department for Education and it massively failed.

You beautiful Jammers make us so proud! Coming together as a community, building, exploring and ideating, what amazing things can be done when we work together!
Keep going! #ThisIsWhyWeJam#GSJam
Something I’m talking about a lot right now is the idea of working from ‘mezzanine levels’ in service design. It’s often not helpful to spend a lot of time mapping and understanding ‘as is’. Starting somewhere in between ‘as is’ and future ‘to be’ service models is more useful
@sdxjobs Considering the actual context it could be nice allow visitors to filter not only by countries and industry but also by remote position available

To set the record straight:
-"Prototype" is when a designer does a half-assed job
-"Proof of concept" is when a developer does a half-assed job
-"MVP" is when the entire team does a half-assed job
